A course is drawn and the participants line up at each end (the facilitator could, for example, choose a team, or draw a team). One of each team jumps off and when they meet they make "scissors, blade, stone", the loser goes off the track and the other continues to jump, the next from the other team jumps off, so it goes until another the team gets completely over.
