Laughter Yoga – Hello
The group walks around the area and greets with laughter, you can use a handshake, nod your head or whatever suits you. The most important thing is to laugh well and carefully. The leader stops the group after 30 sec.
Goal:
The exercise is intended to fill the joy tank and establish a good connection to the group, ideal as an icebreaker, team strength and a good way to break up the day e.g. in school work.
